Returns Policy:
If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise a return request on the Eezy.pk app or website. Kindly note the specific timeframes for return requests:
- For Eezy Mall items: Please raise a return request within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- For non-Eezy Mall items: Please raise a return request within 7 days from the date of delivery.

- All Eezy Mall items available on Eezy.pk are 100% authentic and provided by trusted brands. These items are covered under our Money Back Guarantee.
- Please note that groceries and digital goods are excluded from the Money Back Guarantee.
- Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
- For electronic appliances and mobile phones, if you encounter any issues after usage or beyond the return policy period, please check if the product is covered under the seller warranty or brand warranty.
Valid Reasons to Return an Item:
You may request a return for the following valid reasons:
- Delivered product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) or defective (unable to switch on).
- Delivered product is incomplete (missing items and/or accessories).
- Delivered product is incorrect (wrong product/size/colour, fake item, or expired).
- Delivered product does not match the product description or picture (product not as advertised).
- Delivered product does not fit (size is unsuitable).
Conditions for Returns:
To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from any flaws. For fashion products, you may try on the item to check the fit, but it should still be considered unworn.
- The product must include all original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoice, and accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging/box. If the product was delivered in Eezy.pk packaging/box, please return it in the same packaging/box. Avoid putting tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s packaging/box.
- Please ensure that the Order Number and Return Tracking Number are clearly indicated on the return package. This will help avoid any inconvenience or delay in the return process.
Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned product and it passes our quality inspection, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that the refund amount may exclude any shipping charges or applicable taxes. The refund process duration may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Rejected Returns:
If your return request is rejected because the item does not meet the return conditions, we will deliver the item back to you within 4-6 days. After three (3) failed delivery attempts, the item will be sent to scrap, and no refund will be given.
